Coleman Real Estate Partners has two particular investment strategies:
- Coleman Social Housing Income
Our flagship investment strategy focuses on direct origination of real estate income underpinned by UK Government funding. This approach seeks to tackle the shortage of government funded temporary and care-based housing in the UK, whilst delivering inflation protected income and capital returns. - Coleman Social Housing Growth
Focusing on delivering affordable and shared ownership homes, this strategy focuses on supplying the underlying equity for the real estate assets acquired by an RP partner. Tenants for shared ownership accommodation include young professionals, key workers such as police officers, NHS staff and care workers, as well as other low income professionals who wish to become homeowners.
